The Elite Performance Advisory is delivered in 3 modes, ranging from personalised advice, through to cohort-based intensives and summits. All programs are by application.

• 1:1Advisory - Andy works directly and privately with elite perfomers with a uniquely tailored program over a minimum period of 6 months. Details and application here

• Elevation Intensives – 1 or 2 days tailored, intensive experiences for personal and professional growth, hosted by Andy. with other relevant guest speakers. These retreats are open to Andy’s clients, or by invitation and application. Details and application here

• Summit Collectives – Andy’s top-level performers meet monthly in-person to share progress, keep each other accountable and stay on track with their plans and commitments. A minimum of 10 participants across an organisation, or groups of like-minded individuals. Programs are delivered monthly via a combination of in-person and virtual meetings. Andy’s services are based on decades of experience in business and elite sport.

This is distinctly elite performance advice, rather than psychology, counselling, fitness or financial advice, although Andy has extensive experience in referring clients to these other specialists when a need is identified.

Andy is an experienced and engaging presenter, interviewer, facilitator and keynote speaker. He shares generously about his experiences and learnings with his warm, open approach, teaching audiences about both business and sport. His refreshing insight into how the two have more in common than you may think is entertaining, challenging and inspiring.

He has held various sports media roles in radio and television over an initial 10-year period, with now regular media appearances on behalf of the Hawthorn Football Club, as President.

Andy has experience in presenting across a variety of settings, to audiences of all sizes – from small group presentations to large educational and corporate environments.
